Compucom Taps HPE OpsRamp to Strengthen FLO Framework for Customers

This addition provides Compucom full observability into enterprise IT, from infrastructure to end user

Compucom, a leading technology sourcing, integration and services provider, recently enhanced its Full Lifecycle Observability (FLO) capabilities by incorporating an IT monitoring and operations management platform powered by HPE OpsRamp software.

Compucom's Full Lifecycle Observability Framework integrates data from key areas of enterprise IT, including support, workplace technology, employee experience, compliance, and IT operations, into a centralized dashboard. Utilizing AI and analytics, it provides a comprehensive view of the IT environment, offering insights and recommendations for overall improvement.

The integration with OpsRamp will further enhance Compucom's ability to deliver observability across hybrid infrastructure, network, security, and cloud services.
