McDonald’s Restaurants in Nevada Celebrate 10-year Anniversary of Archways to Opportunity and Launch Significant Summer Hiring Campaign

Local Nevada McDonald’s franchisees and company-owned restaurants are committed to transforming lives with career and education opportunities

Local Nevada McDonald’s franchisees today celebrate the 10th anniversary of the McDonald’s Archways to Opportunity program, an education and career advancement initiative designed to support employees in achieving their personal and professional goals. Participating franchisees and company-owned restaurants have provided a path for people to earn their high school diploma, receive college tuition assistance, learn English as a second language or access education and career advising services.

Since 2015, participating McDonald’s franchisees and company-owned restaurants in Nevada have:

  • Awarded over $2.1+ million in high school and college tuition assistance
  • Increased access to education for more than 650 people in their respective businesses

Nationally, since 2015, McDonald’s franchisees and company-owned restaurants have:

  • Awarded a total $240+ million in high school and college tuition assistance
  • Increased access to education for over 90,000+ people in their respective businesses
