SAN DIEGO, CA / ACCESS Newswire / October 14, 2026 / Ablexis, LLC, a biopharmaceutical company focused on advancing human antibody drug discovery through provision of its AlivaMab® Mouse technology, announced today an agreement granting Novo Nordisk A/S (Novo) a non-exclusive license to Ablexis' proprietary AlivaMab Mouse human antibody drug discovery platforms to discover, develop, and commercialize biologics drugs comprising AlivaMab antibodies. The license provides Novo rights to possess and use AlivaMab Mouse strains for the generation of human VH/VL antibodies.

Ablexis, LLC, a biopharmaceutical company focused on licensing its AlivaMab Mouse technology for antibody drug discovery, today announced a license agreement with Adimab, LLC (“Adimab”). The non-exclusive license grants Adimab rights to implement select strains of AlivaMab Mouse into its proprietary yeast-based technology for antibody drug discovery for its clients. Financial terms of the license were not disclosed.

(“TRL”). The non-exclusive multi-target license grants TRL rights to use AlivaMab Mouse for antibody drug discovery and development, and to continue and expand the research, development and commercialization of a panel of antibody drug candidates discovered in a pilot project using AlivaMab Mouse at Ablexis' sister company, AlivaMab Discovery Services, LLC (“ADS”). Financial terms of the license with Ablexis include upfront payments, development milestones and a revenue share on product sales.
