Novvia is backed by Kelso & Company (“Kelso”).

Inmark, a Novvia Group company backed by Kelso & Company, has acquired a majority interest in the Shanghai operations of Acepac International, to support its Life Sciences Division. With their 10-year strong partnership in China, the combination of Acepac and Inmark in the Asia Pacific region will provide for a more robust product offering and expanded geographic footprint to better serve the critical needs of their combined customer bases.
