Nuveen Global High Income Fund Common Shares of Beneficial Interest (JGH)

The Board of Trustees of five Nuveen closed-end funds have approved changes to each Fund’s name. In connection with the name changes, the Nuveen Core Plus Impact Fund (NYSE: NPCT) and the Nuveen Global High Income Fund (NYSE: JGH) will also adopt revised investment policies associated with their respective new names. There will be no changes in the investment approach or investment objective of any of the funds as a result of the name and investment policy changes.

Nuveen Global High Income Fund (NYSE: JGH) (the “Fund”) today announced the preliminary results of its transferable rights offering (the “Offer”) which expired at 5:00 p.m., Eastern time, on November 20, 2025 (the “Expiration Date”). The Offer entitled the rights holders to subscribe for additional common shares of the Fund (“Common Shares”).

Nuveen Global High Income Fund (NYSE: JGH) today announced that its Board of Trustees (the “Board”) has approved the terms of the issuance of transferable rights (“Rights”) to the holders of the Fund’s common shares (par value $.01 per share) (“Common Shares”) as of October 21, 2025 (the “Record Date”). Holders of Rights will be entitled to subscribe for additional Common Shares (the “Offer”) at a subscription price that is expected to represent a discount to the market price of the Common Shares.

Effective immediately, portfolio manager responsibilities for Nuveen Global High Income Fund (NYSE: JGH) have been updated. John Espinosa, Brenda Langenfeld, and Katherine Renfrew are being added as portfolio managers and Anders Persson will no longer be a portfolio manager of this fund. Mr. Persson will continue in his role at Nuveen as Chief Investment Officer of Nuveen Global Fixed Income. Kevin Lorenz and Jacob Fitzpatrick will continue in their roles as portfolio managers of this fund. There will be no impact on the investment approach, investment strategy, or any of the fund’s investment objectives or policies.
